About the Founders
Gurbir Mahl
An accomplished leader with a reputation for delivering transformational initiatives across multiple industries, Gurbir Mahl is a recognized authority in Business and IT consulting.
As an expert in Strategic Portfolio Management, Organizational Change Management and developing and operating mature IT Management Systems, she has worked with clients to drive enterprise value through transformation and innovation initiatives.
Gurbir Mahl is an accredited MBA, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and has driven results within the Aviation, Financial Services, Retail, and Manufacturing sectors.

Marcus Tommy
With over 20 years of experience, Marcus Tommy provides extensive Portfolio Management guidance and leadership to business organizations to help grow portfolios, develop effective teams and deliver programs/projects with dynamic results. While executing these initiatives, Marcus has prioritized the organizational vision, stakeholders and customers.
Experience:
- Experienced Program Director / Manager, consultant and problem solver with experience in the Financial and IT market-leading large-scale programs that span multiple divisions and functional areas with the proven ability to think, direct and execute strategically. (PMO, application development, cybersecurity and infrastructure)
- Relationship savvy manager, self-directed leader and team builder with a successful track record of managing project managers in a programming environment (Lean, SAFe Agile / Waterfall), developing, promoting and implementing teams with a focus on strategic initiatives that lead to significant organizational change.
- Versed in IT Governance IT practice, compliance frameworks, and security management standards
- Effective communicator with a proven ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with diverse stakeholders and Executives with a “can do” attitude.
