Origin

A gap in the market.

Gurbir and Marcus discovered that recruitment agencies optimised for keyword-matching, not culture-fit, while consulting firms charged for slideware that didn't survive contact with a real PMO. MALTO Group was built to bridge both — providing experienced project teams *and* hands-on consulting from people who've actually run the programs.
